Result from the study of the Northern part of the Moncha-tundra mountains (neighborhood Vaykis lake, Lapland Biosphere reserve, Murmansk region, Russia) was observed the 45 species of the cyanoprokaryota, of which: 8 new for Murmansk region, 3 new for Russia and Gloeocapsopsis pleurocapsoides (Nováček) Kom. et Anagn. was the second findings in the region (Давыдов, 2009).
The representatives of the order Chroococcales appears to be dominant in species composition (60 %), Oscillatoriales - 15 %, Nostocales -15%, Stigonematales - 10%.
